- Sales volume has increased 34% in November 2025 vs the same period of 2024 and has decreased 6.7% year over year.
- The Median Days on Market in November was 59.

ConclusionNovember’s numbers reflect a market that is showing renewed momentum despite broader year-over-year softness. With $75.8M in sales, activity was 34% higher than November 2024, even though total annual sales remain 6.7% lower year over year. The median sale price holding steady at $1,500,000 and 59 median days on market illustrate continued buyer confidence and stable property values. While 358 year-to-date sales trail last year’s 417, the current inventory of 252 active listings in Whistler and 77 in Pemberton is giving buyers more choice heading into winter. Overall, the market remains steady, resilient, and well-positioned for the months ahead. |
