Here's what's been happening in the real estate market in Whistler in August 2025:

  • There was $63,399,000 of real estate sold in August 2025 vs $54,391,500 sold in July 2025.
  • Sales volume increased 17% in August from July.
  • However, overall dollar sales volume is down 15% this year vs last.
Median Sale Price
  • The Median Sale Price is currently $1,490,000.00
  • There has been 248 sales year to date in 2025 vs 287 sales in the same period of 2024.
  • Overall amount of sales transactions has decreased 14% this year vs last.
Active Listing Inventory
  • There are currently 287 active listings on the market in Whistler and 76 listings in Pemberton.
  • In July 2020 there were 379 active listing on the market in Whistler and 91 listings in Pemberton.
Sales Volume
  • Overall Dollar Sales Volume is down 15% this year vs last.
  • The Median Days to Sell in August was 61 days.
