Here's what's been happening in the real estate market in Whistler during the first 6 months of 2025:

  • $360,405,577 worth of real estate sold so far in 2025 vs $509,533,299 sold in the same period of 2024.
  • Sales volume is down 29% this year vs last.
  • The Bank of Canada held its benchmark interest rate unchanged at 2.75% in its June 2025 decision. Source: Bank of Canada
Median Sale Price
  • The Median Sale Price is currently $1,539,500.00
  • There has been 180 sales year to date in 2025 vs 255 sales in the same period of 2024.
Active Listing Inventory
  • There are 297 active listings on the market in Whistler and 73 listings in Pemberton.
  • In July 2020 there were 379 active listing on the market.
Sales Volume
  • Sales volume has been trending downward since the peak sales volumes of 2021.
  • The Median Days to Sell is currently 66 days. This is the highest it's been all year.
